Cara-cara<br />
1. Ayak tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat & baking powder. Panaskan oven suhu 180 darjah celcius.<br />
2. Kemudian, putar telur dan gula hingga kembang, masukkan esen vanilla dan pisang, putar lagi dan<br />
masukkan tepung.<br />
3. Masukkan minyak dan kacau sebati. Selepas itu, masukkan dalam acuan kek. Bakar selama 40 minit @<br />
1 jam. Selamat mencuba.<br />

Bahan-bahan :<br />

1 kg ayam-dipotong mengikut citarasa sendiri.<br />
1 paket Perkakas sup-beli je yang dah siap dalam paket tu..<br />
6 ulas Bawang merah<br />
4 ulas Bawang putih<br />
4 biji Ubi kentang - dipotong dadu<br />
1 inci halia<br />
2 sudu minyak masak<br />
1.5 liter air<br />
Garam secukup rasa<br />
Bahan perasa secukup rasa<br />
Daun bawang + daun sup<br />
Cili padi<br />
Limau nipis<br />
<br />
Cara-cara :<br />
<br />
1. potong dan basuh ayam hingga bersih. biarkan.<br />
2. Tumbuk bawang merah + bawang putih + halia.<br />
3. Panaskan periuk @ kuali, masukkan minyak masak. kemudian, tumis perkakas sup hingga naik bau.<br />
masukkan bawang + halia yang telah ditumbuk tadi. biarakan hingga naik bau.<br />
4. Selepas itu, masukkan ayam ke dalam tumisan tersebut. kacau dan tunggu sehingga ayam agak empuk.<br />
5. Kemudian masukkan air. Biarkan sehingga mendidih. kemudian masukkan ubi kentang ke dalam sup itu.<br />
6. Masukkan garam dan bahan perasa secukup rasa. setelah daging ayam + kentang telah empuk.<br />
boleh diangkat.<br />
7. Taburkan daun bawang + daun sup + cili padi yang dihiris nipis ke atas sup bersama perahan limau nipis.<br />
8. Siap untuk dimakan!<br />

kali ni saya akan share tips untuk membersihkan minyak goreng..hurmm??? membersihkan minyak goreng? boleh ke? hehe.. we try it! kalau tak cuba, maka tak tahu..huhu..<br />
okay.. saya ambil petua ni dari majalah 'perempuan'.<br />

tips:<br />
panaskan minyak sisa pergorengan ikan atau apa sahaja di atas api.<br />
jika sudah panas, ambil 2 atau 3 sendok nasi dan goreng.<br />
kurang lebih 4 minit, nasi akan mengumpul, lalu asingkan dari minyak tadi.<br />

Setelah larut,tuangkan ke atas buah-buahan yang disusun sehingga menutupi buah yg disusun. Masukkan dalam petisejuk selama 2jam dan hidangkan sejuk..Selamat mencuba.</span></li>
